Customer Management

Customers are users who have registered through the storefront. The Backoffice allows you to view and manage customer accounts.

Customer List

Navigate to Sales → Customers to see all registered customers:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Registration date
  • Order count
  • Total spent

Customer Detail

Click a customer to view:

  • Profile — name, email, phone, verification status
  • Orders — full order history for this customer
  • Addresses — saved address book
  • Customer Groups — group memberships (for targeted promotions)

Customer Groups

Assign customers to groups for segmentation. Groups can be used as conditions in promotions (e.g., "VIP customers get 10% off"). See Customer Groups.

GDPR

Customers can request data export or account deletion through the storefront. If a customer contacts you directly, you can also initiate these actions from the Backoffice via Settings → Data Management.

Customer accounts are separate from Admin accounts. Customers can only access the storefront; they cannot access the Backoffice.
