Warehouse Management
Warehouses are physical or logical locations where inventory is stored. Each warehouse is linked to one or more stores.
Managing Warehouses
Navigate to Inventory → Warehouses.
Creating a Warehouse
| Field | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Warehouse display name | "NYC Warehouse" |
| Code | Unique short code | NYC-01 |
| Address | Physical address | "123 Warehouse Blvd, NY" |
| Is Active | Whether the warehouse is operational | Yes |
Store Assignment
Each warehouse must be assigned to one or more stores. This determines:
- Which warehouses are used for inventory checks when a customer from that store views products
- Which warehouses are available for fulfillment of orders from that store
Multi-Warehouse Strategy
- The US Store sees combined stock from NYC + LA warehouses (35 units)
- The TR Store sees stock from Istanbul warehouse only (15 units)

|---|---|
| Storefront availability | Aggregates stock across store's assigned warehouses |

| Purchase orders | POs are received into a specific warehouse |
| Demand planning | Calculates reorder points per warehouse |
