Supply Chain Settings

Configure how the supply chain module operates on a per-store basis, including demand calculation, inventory replenishment automation, and AI-powered suggestions.

Navigate to Settings → Supply Chain Settings (accessible via Supply Chain → SC Settings).

Store Selection

Supply chain settings are configured per store. Select a store from the dropdown to load or create its configuration.

Master Toggle

Use the Enable Supply Chain toggle to activate or deactivate the supply chain module for the selected store. When disabled, all automated features (auto-draft POs, AI suggestions) are paused for that store.

Demand Mode

Choose how demand is calculated:

Mode	Description
Order Based	Demand is calculated from historical and current order data
Inventory Based	Demand is calculated from inventory level changes and consumption
Both	Combines order and inventory data for a more comprehensive demand picture

Inventory Settings

Setting	Description
Default Reorder Point	The inventory threshold that triggers replenishment (minimum: 0)
Warehouse Allocation Strategy	How stock is distributed across warehouses

Warehouse Allocation Strategies

Strategy	Behavior
PriorityFirst	Allocates to the highest-priority warehouse first
Proportional	Distributes proportionally across warehouses
Manual	No automatic allocation; all decisions are manual

Automation

Auto-Draft Purchase Orders

When enabled, the system automatically generates draft purchase orders when inventory falls below reorder points.

Setting	Description	Range
Auto Draft Interval	How often the system checks and creates draft POs	1–168 hours
Replenishment Days	The number of days of demand to cover in each PO	1–365 days

AI Suggestions

When enabled, the system uses AI to provide intelligent replenishment suggestions based on demand patterns and trends.

Safety Buffer Days	Extra days of stock to add as a safety margin on top of AI-calculated demand	0–30 days
