Orders, Invoices & Shipments
Once a store is active, marketplace orders flow into your normal order pipeline and are fulfilled with the same tools as your own storefront orders. Quark also pushes shipment tracking and invoice links back to the marketplace.
Order Pull
Trendyol orders are pulled automatically by a background worker and ingested as standard Quark orders. They appear in Sales → Orders alongside your storefront orders, tagged with their marketplace origin.
Because ingested orders are regular orders, you fulfill them with the existing order and fulfillment workflows — no separate marketplace order screen is required.
Webhooks reduce the delay between an order being placed on Trendyol and appearing in Quark. The poller remains the source of truth; see Webhooks.
Status & Shipment Sync
As you progress an order through fulfillment, Quark syncs the relevant status back to Trendyol and pushes shipment tracking (carrier + tracking number) once the order ships. Tracking push is idempotent per order and tracking number, so re-processing does not create duplicates.
Invoice Submissions
Trendyol requires an invoice link for many orders. Quark tracks invoice submissions per store.
Navigate to Marketplaces → Trendyol → Invoices.

Typically an external accounting/e-invoice system generates the invoice document and calls back to record the link, which is then submitted to Trendyol. You can also submit manually from this screen.
Invoice submission is driven by an order-ready-for-invoicing event, so most links are submitted automatically. Use the manual submit only for retries or exceptions.
