Specifications
Specifications are descriptive metadata for products (e.g., "Fabric Composition", "Care Instructions", "Country of Origin"). Unlike attributes, specifications do not create variants — they are purely informational.

Managing Specifications
Navigate to Catalog → Specifications (if visible in your sidebar based on ABAC permissions).
Creating a Specification
- Click New Specification
- Enter the specification name (e.g., "Care Instructions")
- Save
Assigning Values to Products
Specification values are set on the Product Edit form:
- Open a product for editing
- Scroll to the Specifications section
- Select a specification from the dropdown
- Enter the value (e.g., "Machine wash cold, tumble dry low")
- Save
Localization
Both specification names and values are localizable. For example:
- Specification: "Fabric Composition" → "Kumaş Kompozisyonu" (Turkish)
- Value: "100% Cotton" → "%100 Pamuk" (Turkish)
